REGION
11 is a member of The Amateur Field Trial Clubs of America (AFTCA).
Region 11 consist of various bird dog clubs in California and Nevada.
The bird dog clubs participates in horse back and walking field
trials both wild and released birds. For field trial events
see the 2002- 2003 schedule.

A NATIONAL
CHAMPIONSHIP AND NATIONAL AMATEUR INVITATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFIER,
AND A PURINA TOP DOG & HANDLER OF THE YEAR & KASCO BIRD
DOG POINTS EVENT.
Sponsored by the SACRAMENTO BIRD DOG CLUB (Bob Willmon, President).
Starting
at 8:00AM on Saturday, November 2, and run to conclusion.
CALIFORNIA
PHEASANT CHAMPIONSHIP (1 Hour)
Entry Fee $155.00
50% of entry fees and the Sir John Willing Perpetual Trophy to
the Winner. If a Runner-up is named, divided 75-25. $5.00 of each
entry fee will not be distributed (Region 11 assessment).
The Winner
must show on pheasants. Only blank ammunition permitted.
QUALIFICATION:
A recognized placement in an Open Derby or Open All Age Stake.
